“I joined MPS as a Primary supply in 2012. I have been teaching since 1997 and was looking for a more flexible teaching role to enable me to meet family commitments. I was lucky enough to get a long-term job share in my second term of joining MPS in a local school. MPS were fantastic. They organised absolutely everything and made me feel very confident about moving from Ireland to teach. They organised my flights, picked me up at the airport, drove me to a hotel, drove me to the school in the morning for the interview and back to the airport again that evening.
