MPS has developed the supply market in Wales by expert recruitment, career guidance and professional support of its teachers, whilst utilising state-of-the-art computer and phone technology to provide a rapid response to the needs of our client schools.

Within the Education Division, each Consultant deals specifically with their Secondary or Primary sector to ensure that the booking will be dealt with in a personal and professional way.

Our Consultants are here to provide the client school with the best teacher available on the day. We try our best to satisfy your requirement, whether subject or key stage specific but if, for some reason, that particular expertise is unavailable, you will be offered a competent teacher for “general supply”.

From the beginning of 2002, MPS has been providing teachers for selection and interview for permanent posts in England and Wales. This project has been highly successful with hundreds of teachers appointed across the UK.
