MPS has been presenting candidate teachers to schools for nearly ten years. Its success can be shown by the rapid increase in numbers of schools, from all parts of England and Wales, using our "head hunting" services.
MPS started with one school in January 2002 but by December this had reached over a hundred and this growth came solely from ‘recommendations’ by satisfied Head Teachers.
The MPS ‘Perms’ Department has gone from strength to strength, even though we have never publicly advertised this service.
MPS recruits its teachers from all the Universities of Wales, England and Ireland. All teachers are interviewed by MPS before being presented to schools. Schools are also visited and assessed by MPS usually before candidates are presented. The service we offer is finding the right candidates for the right school. "A round peg for a round hole". We have an over 95% success rate.
The cost of this service to schools is by negotiation.
